Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • You receive the wrong item
  • You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

    Товар пришёл за 38 дней. Упакован был в простой пакет. Всё как в описании, телефоны держит довольно не плохо(redmi Note 5A Prime, Poco X3 Pro и ещё один Huawei). Под каждый телефон настраиваешь подставу по своему в зависимости от веса. Товаром доволен, хотел заказать две штуки, но продавец почему то добавляет оплату за доставку, если заказывать больше одного. К покупке рекомендую.

    с поправкой на тяжёлые телефоны, класса Note, весом от 180грам, эта конструкция хилая. Слабая клипса у основания, мягкая проволока или каркас штанги не дают зафиксировать тяжёлый телефон даже на коротком “рычаге”, если выпрямлять то вообще сопля. можно попробовать довести до ума, под изоляцию добавить медный сталистый провод, на клипсе усилить пружину, но там и пластик хлипкий не факт что поможет. вообще для маленьких айфонов и телефонов подойдёт. Для съёмки видео над столом и если той не легкий, навряд ли.

    продавец отправил заказ быстро,но по началу у нас с продавцом возникли непонятки. он указал не мой адрес в какой то другой. Мы долго спорили но решили что посмотрим что будет с доставкой. через 12 дней мой заказ был доставлен по адресу указанному продавцом. оказалось что теперь из Китая доставляют разными способами. Я получал всегда чере почту России,а теперь через службу доставки ОЗОН. в итоге все нормально,продавца рекомендую!

    Обе прищепки крепкие и хорошо держат кронштейн и телефон. Пруток выглядит крепким, но при горизонтальном креплении (выносе) пруток под тяжестью телефона прогибается приблизительно на 20см!

    Not very happy with this item. You must leave the coils how they are or else the weight of the phone will cause it to droop. So you can’t really move it around. The wire is also really difficult to move.

    Producto bien empaquetado, envió rapidísimo 10 días llegó a España. El producto está bien pero no aguanta estirado móviles grandes o pesados. La pinza de enganchar a las superficies es un poco fina y al tener espuma protectora en vez de goma se resbala y se suelta. No está mal por precio pero mejorable.

    It Works. The phone clamp can just about hold my 7in tablet but cannot take the weight well (Does hold in place but wobbles around massively at the slightest provication). Holds my phone well though it seems towards the heavy side for this clamp (170g). The base clamp holds it in place well enough.

    je suis très déçu du vendeur, j’ai reçu mon produit sans la pince pour faire tenir le téléphone, le vendeur ne propose pas de renvoyer la pince manquante, juste un rabais…. euh franchement moyen encore heureux que Aliexpress c’est chargé de faire le remboursement avec photo et vidéo à l’appui car en + j’en avais commandé 2. sinon la tige est assez fragile, ne tient pas bien le téléphone, le côté pince pour la table ou étagères n’est pas stable également quand on rajoute le portable ça tient moyen. c’est dommage

    Amazing grip! It’s super sturdy and durable. There’s padding on the grip and claw so your things are protected, and the cable itself is so strong (you can’t manipulate it too much outside the original shape, though) . I bought it to put on the elliptical and it should be perfect.

    It is okay, but the clip to atta h it to a table or ledge is to weak for a phone, a small bump causes it to fall. It may be able to be used for something else. Also the clip that holds the phone was not attached so I had to fix it.
